Holographic thinking does not exist in the world. If people use holographic thinking many wars would not have occurred. Holographic thinking is to look at the problem from all angles from your side and your opponents side and to sea your merit as your opponent merit as well as the other players who may have an interest of a problem resolution.
As opposite to Holographic Thinking is Uni Thinking where you address the problem only from your view.

A problem with the American Political Systems is the sticky incumbents. They stick forever for decades if they are low performers but at least they follow the party guide line so they are OK and continue on one election after another, specially when they compete with low weight opponents.

The sage of the Congress including the Democrats have added a new clause or amendment to the holy American Constitution prohibiting anybody with allegation of sexual harassment of women ten or twenty years before getting elected to stay a minute further if some one comes twenty years later and accuse a law maker gentle maker that he groped her, unwelcome touched her or kissed her before she gave written permission. I think this is disgusting and is not part of any article in the American  Constitution. It is outreach and harassing some senator or representative to leave for sexual conduct while he was not in the office should stop. Al Franken a super Senator from Minnesota was kicked out because he allegedly groped the breast of  LeeannTweeden while she was very tired and sleeping.

With the age of internet there should be more feedback of the approval of the American people and voters of the elected officials. At the time of the writing of the constitution there was no such facility. The American constitution should be re-written to the age of the information technology and there should by an annual evaluation of the performance of the congressman/wo and the president.
May be February of each year,
The evaluation should be say accessible through the web with a window say for four weeks. The results should be announced in March.

Time constant and people change of opinion is function of the topic or issue. Some issues people can change their minds relatively quickly, others may take long or longer time.

An example the notion that Hillary Clinton is not trust worthy whether, this is unfair or not has longer time constant to erase or dampen such notion.

For Trump being insulting person or unfriendly to blacks and Latinos have a long time constant.

So, depending on the time constant for different issues the effort to tackle them will be proportionally harder and consequently more efforts should be under taken or applied.

Time constant for different political and social issues can be found by polling the voters and over the general polulation.

POLITICAL HAMMER AS I SEE IT IS STICKING YOUR OPPONENT WITH CHARGE AND REPEATING OVER AND OVER TO WEAKEN HIM OR HER.

SO INSTEAD OF ATTACKING YOUR OPPONENT WITH MANY BLOWS IN ALL DIRECTIONS THAT CONFUSE THE AUDIANCE AND THEY MAY FORGET ALL. THE POLITICAL HAMMER IS TO CHOOSE ONE MAIN POINT AND STICK IT TO YOUR OPPONENT.

IN THE CLINTON AND TRUMP FIRST DEBATE THERE WERE ATTACKS FROM EACH SIDE TO THE OTHER OPPONENT IN ALL DIFFERENT FIELDS SO YOU FORGET AT THE END WHAT THEY WERE.

ON THE OTHER ONE SIDE EMPHASIZE ONE MAIN POINT TO ATTACK AND STICK IT TO THE OPPONENT.

AS AN EXAMPLE HILLARY CLINTON MAY CHOOSE TRUMP PLAN OR GOAL TO DESTROY OBAMACARE THROUGH TAMPERING OR GETTING RID OF IT COMPLETELY AT THE EXPENSE OF HAVING 20 MILLIONS AMERICANS HAVE NO HEALTH INSURANCE COVERAGE.

TRUMP MAY PICK ONE CLINTON POSITION TO HAMMER HOPING TO CAUSE MOST DAMAGE. MAY BE THE COAL INDUSTRY AND LOSS OF JOBS BY MINERS ACCORDING TO CLINTON PLAN. MAY BE ANOTHER CLINTON NAIL THAT TRUMP WISH TO HAMMER.

EVERY DEBATE A NAIL SHOULD BE SELECTED THEN HAMMER IS APPLIED SO THE AUDIENCE WILL REMEMBER AND BE CONCERNED.

IT IS POSSIBLE TO HAVE TWO OR THREE NAILS TO HAMMER INSTEAD OF ONE. MORE THAN THREE WILL LOWER THE EFFECTIVENESS AND ADD TO CONFUSION.
