American Political system in age of the internet. Political Theory by Sherif S. Monem

With the age of internet there should be more feedback of the approval of the American people and voters of the elected officials. At the time of the writing of the constitution there was no such facility. The American constitution should be re-written to the age of the information technology and there should by an annual evaluation of the performance of the congressman/wo and the president.
May be February of each year,
The evaluation should be say accessible through the web with a window say for four weeks. The results should be announced in March.

Time constant and people change of opinion Political Theory by Sherif Monem

Time constant and people change of opinion is function of the topic or issue. Some issues people can change their minds relatively quickly, others may take long or longer time.

An example the notion that Hillary Clinton is not trust worthy whether, this is unfair or not has longer time constant to erase or dampen such notion.

For Trump being insulting person or unfriendly to blacks and Latinos have a long time constant.

So, depending on the time constant for different issues the effort to tackle them will be proportionally harder and consequently more efforts should be under taken or applied.

Time constant for different political and social issues can be found by polling the voters and over the general polulation.

POLITICAL HAMMER AS I SEE IT IS STICKING YOUR OPPONENT WITH CHARGE AND REPEATING OVER AND OVER TO WEAKEN HIM OR HER.

SO INSTEAD OF ATTACKING YOUR OPPONENT WITH MANY BLOWS IN ALL DIRECTIONS THAT CONFUSE THE AUDIANCE AND THEY MAY FORGET ALL. THE POLITICAL HAMMER IS TO CHOOSE ONE MAIN POINT AND STICK IT TO YOUR OPPONENT.

IN THE CLINTON AND TRUMP FIRST DEBATE THERE WERE ATTACKS FROM EACH SIDE TO THE OTHER OPPONENT IN ALL DIFFERENT FIELDS SO YOU FORGET AT THE END WHAT THEY WERE.

ON THE OTHER ONE SIDE EMPHASIZE ONE MAIN POINT TO ATTACK AND STICK IT TO THE OPPONENT.

AS AN EXAMPLE HILLARY CLINTON MAY CHOOSE TRUMP PLAN OR GOAL TO DESTROY OBAMACARE THROUGH TAMPERING OR GETTING RID OF IT COMPLETELY AT THE EXPENSE OF HAVING 20 MILLIONS AMERICANS HAVE NO HEALTH INSURANCE COVERAGE.

TRUMP MAY PICK ONE CLINTON POSITION TO HAMMER HOPING TO CAUSE MOST DAMAGE. MAY BE THE COAL INDUSTRY AND LOSS OF JOBS BY MINERS ACCORDING TO CLINTON PLAN. MAY BE ANOTHER CLINTON NAIL THAT TRUMP WISH TO HAMMER.

EVERY DEBATE A NAIL SHOULD BE SELECTED THEN HAMMER IS APPLIED SO THE AUDIENCE WILL REMEMBER AND BE CONCERNED.

IT IS POSSIBLE TO HAVE TWO OR THREE NAILS TO HAMMER INSTEAD OF ONE. MORE THAN THREE WILL LOWER THE EFFECTIVENESS AND ADD TO CONFUSION.

Minimum Wage Increase and Fixed Pension

As minimum wages increase the inflation goes higher and the people with fixed retirement pensions see the effective value of their pension deteriorates. This is a concern. My proposal is to increase the earned income tax adjustment rather than minimum wage increase. This will lessen the effect of rising inflation as the minimum wages increase.

The Political Systems and the Party Conflicts

Although the party system is accepted through out the countries of the world  as the right system it has many drawbacks and flaws. An alternate better or modified one does not exist and this brings its acceptance.

The party system causes the goal is to win trough the election as the primary goal.

The members of the party allegiance to the party and survival depend on it so they may compromise their views.

Political Reflection Coefficients Actions and Responses

Sudden events create responses. How much the response will determine the reflection coefficient.
Some reflection coefficients are large and some are small.

Going to war will result in large reflection coefficient.

Examples:

Gulf of Tonkin  ,,,, Vietnam Reflection coefficient 1%  no opposition by public

Hitler war on Poland the Reflection coefficient is high

Iraq war Reflection coefficient high caualities in war ... lot of opposition

The Gulf of Tonkin Incident (or the USS Maddox Incident) is the name given to two separate confrontations involving North Vietnam and the United States in the waters of the Gulf of Tonkin. On August 2, 1964, the destroyer USS Maddox, while performing a signals intelligence patrol as part of DESOTO operations, engaged three North Vietnamese Navy torpedo boats of the 135th Torpedo Squadron.

A sea battle resulted, in which the Maddox expended over two hundred and eighty 3-inch and 5-inch shells, and in which four USN F-8 Crusader jet fighter bombers strafed the torpedo boats.

One US aircraft was damaged, one 14.5 mm round hit the destroyer, three North Vietnamese torpedo boats were damaged, and four North Vietnamese sailors were killed and six were wounded; there were no U.S. casualties.
